    The ROUTA POWERLINE variator upgrade / clutch kit - when installed with SPORTSMAN / SCRAMBLER 850/1000/1000S originally fitted variator - helps to transfer the engine power better to the wheels so you can use the engine potential more effectively.

    The optimal setup combination was developed through real driving tests and tests on the dynamometer.
    Great for trail riding, sand riding, plowing and hauling. Better low end and midrange acceleration

    The Clutch Upgrade Kit Polaris for Sportsman & Scrambler 850 includes detailed adjustments information based on the vehicles specs and conditions of use and parts to adjust it accordingly.

    FEATURES:

    - To use with oversized 28"-29" tires.
    - Reduces belt slip and heat.
    - Transfers the engine power to the wheels more effective and smoother.
    - Much easier to handle the vehicle in lower speeds.
    - Great for trail riding, sand riding, plowing and hauling.
    - Lowers the belt working temperature, thus increases the belt life significantly.
    - The kit includes detailed installation instructions.

    We recommend having the installation carried out by a specialist workshop.

    RECOMMENDATION:

    When making changes to the variomatic, also replace the belt!
